2. Fill out the Form in its entirety and return it to Longchenpa24@gmail.com
3. Also send a photo of the Signature-Photo page of your current Passport to the same email address

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your trip fees are fully refundable up until July 31st, 2024.

If you cancel after July 31 yet before August 31st, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel after August 31st, no refund will be possible due to our agreement with our partner agency in Bhutan.
