30 Minutes Meditation

This New Year, open the door to profound personal transformation through meditation. Our New Year Meditation Marathon invites you to embrace change, growth, and deeper self-awareness with daily 30-minute guided sessions (8-8:30am PT) of Tibetan Zhine (Calm Abiding) meditation.

Throughout this transformative journey, we’ll explore the Five Buddhist Precepts, helping you cultivate inner peace, clarity, and compassion—tools to create lasting change in your life. An optional community discussion from 8:30-8:45am PT provides space for further reflection and connection, enriching your experience and supporting your growth.

Join us as we step into the year ahead with a commitment to personal transformation, empowering you to live with greater purpose, peace, and presence.
