Refuge Part Two

In this lesson Rinpoche discusses the three kayas from the point of view of the Dakinis heart. In Buddhist language the Three Kayas are a way to discuss and poetically express the different dimensions of being. Khandro La describes these poetic dimensions as ‘tremendous invitations to expand our consciousness’, a way to open to further possibilities, further awakening and to go beyond the limitations of what our current perception. We learn how Dharmakaya, Sambokakaya and Nirmanakaya, the three dimensions of the Buddha (the three Kayas), can become a source of Refuge.
